This was an amazing hole...there were people gathered around the tee box as it was near a hotel ...and as you can see a beautiful view...My tee shot ....well it was a push and a fade so I was in the trees on the right...I began to swear....small children were wisked away....I only felt bad for me, and happy that the kids got to see some real life. Their lesson ..beautiful things can always bite you in the ass.

The tunes were hot that night....red hot. Well the sand banks camping weekend was glorious. I showed up with a pillow and a sleeping bag, and a lot of booze. I was given shelter, fed , and loved (not naked love , the careing love), sure I gathered some kindling, I also washed a bowl, thats it! The rest of the time was spent drinking eating, singing and sleeping....it was glorious....glorious! I shall return to the sandbanks camping weekend...I love it. yeaaah TOAST.

I dont want to complain, but there was no coffee, I did find some so it all worked out.

If you could take a picture of my kitchen (mind) it would look like this. So yes my kitchen is basically a bogey pie factory, actually I wish it was only a bogey pie its more like a double triple bogey pie, with some 3 and 4 putt on the side...makes for a very fat score...and I dont mean Phat as in good but fat as in throw your club and have a hissy fit. So for all you that are wondering I am talking about, its golf...not baking. How, tell me how, does someone shoot 56 on the front and 45 on the back...thats just sick ...SICK. So basically from shot to shot it seems that I can golf...I cant golf...Ican golf...I cant golf. If I string together 2 good shots its a freakin miracle. I shot 101 ....thats not a good lead in for my match play quaifier tomorrow. I think I need to get hypnotized , or maybe I need to exorcize the demons, but if I need a priest for that, I could be in trouble (see previous blog entries). You know when I drink I play well, , the problem for tomorrow is that I am running a 10k at 6:30, booze and running dont go well together.....unless is sprinting down the street and through a few back yards with campus police hot on your 6.

So to wrap up I need either a sports hypnotist or somebody to perform and exorcism.....anyone???

Well here we are again on the wrong side of victory, that bridge to the cup has never been clear to the Senators. The loss last night is disappointing, but what makes it worse is the way we lose. We lack Desire, we show glimpses of it, a flash here a flash there, coming from one player or another, but never as a united force that sustains for a whole game or series. And I don't mean desire that got you through Junior and to the NHL, I mean a desire that burns so bright that you cant look directly at it. Ottawa, as a team has never had that, they don't know what it takes to win a cup, sacrifice, endurance and the ability to take your skill and effort to a level higher than previously thought possible. The game you played all season is no longer good enough, get better or get out. Bench yourself if you aren't willing to be 10 times the player, and that goes for everyone, yes even the regular season superstars. I find myself wishing something that makes me sick, it turns my stomach, but here goes, I wish Ottawa showed the desire that the Leafs show every year ...the leafs show more desire in one regular season game than we've showed in any playoff. Frankly its embarrassing, and that's what makes this so hard. So we spend the summer hoping some way somehow that somebody can teach the Sens the sacrifice and desire that's required to get the job done.

One minute you're having some home made sushi, some vodka and red bull, the whole while disappointing the people that expect something magical to happen .....then someone wants to see your sexy you.... with one flash its captured forever.

When you try, it never works, why is that? Cause you want it, and when you want it nobody wants to give it to you (not talking about sex by the way...but it goes the same for that too) Its all about pretending you don't really want what you want, so you get it, But you have to keep that flicker of enthusiasm otherwise what you are trying for wont be that special and you really wont want it anymore. Crazy eh, its a balancing act, or maybe a juggling act or .....damn its all an act. I don't know shit...and I'm always wrong.

These are my two new watches, I also bought an iBook and a wireless mouse...Its crazy. You know, I was so pissed off at these guys last month, Iwasn't going to spend any money there or ever use it, I even sent an email to the president, who replied...or his assistant replied. The instructions they gave were much better, clearer, and accurate. So now, I have 4 purchase on eBay, and I am even thinking about selling some shit too. I may need eBay anonymous ...I bet there is one too. I have saved quite a bit of money too, especially on the watch and the mouse, so its all gooch.

Most of my purcahses were in Canada, but the one watch came from Germany...crazy man crazy...

So no contraversy to cover today, at somepoint in the future I will need to get into, Emery and his rebound issues, bad drivers, and people who believe animals are human...that one will set off some fireworks ..... lol.

People of the earth...as our cold world turns warm, the gods of golf return. I am so ready for a full season of golf. My goal..besides world peace, or domination whichever comes first....is to consistently shoot below 90. I will focus on my short game. As I think back to last year, its the area where I gave up quite a few strokes every round , good or bad. I am wrtiting this goal down in hopes it will inspire me to focus and work on this weak part of my game...there are a lot of weak parts this is just one of the weakest.

Stayed tuned for golf score updates, and nice photos as I try to use the other side of my brain.

Oh oh say can you see, by the dawns early light....Friends musicians country men...lend me your cleaning lady, that's right cleaning lady. We need to clear our minds of the animosity and contempt Canadians have for Americans. Yes we are different, but doesn't Canada pride itself on embracing difference, why cant we be that way with our neighbor? I'm not saying roll over and take crap from their government, I'm saying citizen to citizen realize we are all the same, in fact I liken the patriotism in the US to the Quebecois patriotism. Canadians have no patriotism, maybe we get a little revved up for hockey, but that's it. I have been in Quebec city for Saint Jean Baptiste day, it was great to see Canadians with Patriotism..... about anything. People there love being Quebecois and aren't affraid to show it, they sing songs about chopping off english peoples heads as well...I don't hear the US singing songs about chopping off Canadians heads. Anyway that's my two cents, lay off the USA bashing, Bash Bush all you want, Bash their economic policy but the people?? Come on...

O Canada...our home and native land.......In response to some people's jabs and outright patriotic envy of the great US of A and my affiliation with them, I would like to declare my self North American. This picture will be followed up with some US flag shots. I really don't see the difference between the people that live in Canada and the US, we've got idiots, they've got idiots (most of all our idiots are in Government), there's nice people everywhere you go and there are also some assholes everywhere you go. For some reason Canadians love to hate the US.

I wonder how much we need, how much we need to be, cause it seems time is running away from me. The seam is turning , do I watch it roll over, does it mean anything, and is it you that is making this happen, or me.

Its late and the Neo Citron has not kicked in...I can hardly wait for that heavy sleep, I think I want it too much. The day just keeps rolling around in my head, there doesn't seem to be time for anything, except for the shit everybody else wants from me...lol, my life is so complicated how do I do it..... you know its funny because I actually feel that way, sometimes. But I try to remember some people have to worry about more than themselves (kids, dogs, wives, orchards, chickens) and I feel ashamed...no I don't .....but maybe I should....there isn't time though, so... In the mean time Bobby has treated us to some spicy deli meats, provolone and baguette. I love it! I 've got some Kelly Jo Phelps playing in the back ground, and it just keeps getting later.
